As much as I love color blocking, I also love wearing prints.
Yesterday felt so humid, so I decided to go for something comfortable today. I’m wearing my pajama pants today (aztec looking print). And since it’s so cold in the office, I always bring a scarf/pashmina with me. For this week, I’m using this one (the other print) that I bought in SM.
How about you? Do you like prints?

This is a perfect Mother’s Day gift, don’t you think?
Hi. I’m just dropping by for a short post.
I’ve been having headaches since yesterday because of the heat, I think. And I really want to go to sleep now as I had a full day. I finished some work then cooked 2 dishes – tinola for dinner and mixed veggies (again) for tomorrow. It’s the husband’s birthday tomorrow and there’s a family gathering. I was supposed to cook spaghetti pa but I’ll do it tomorrow morning.
Anyway, I just want to share with you tonight the shoes that I got the little girl last week. Ang bilis lumaki ng paa eh so the sandals she’s using now doesn’t quite fit her anymore.
I was on a budget when I was looking for sandals for her. I went inside Gingersnaps store because the last time I checked, some of their sandals were on sale. And they were still on sale when we got back.
Here’s what we got. She chose this style actually. I asked her to choose between two sandals and this was what she liked.
On sale at Php 295
What a steal, right? How about you, any cheap finds lately?
Oh by the way, happy weekend! 🙂
End of February, I declared a shopping ban for myself for the whole month of March. It’s the 2nd week of the month and so far, so good.
When I say shopping ban, it means that I’m not going to buy things that are unnecessary. Those that are classified as want. Things that I still have so that just means that I don’t need another one.
Food is not covered. I’ve always believed that you can’t scrimp on food. So I buy any food I want.
However, I can’t help feeling tempted especially when I say stuff that are just so tempting. Like this pair of shoes that I saw from Taste Central‘s Instagram post.
Floral Pamela Oxfords
Aren’t they pretty? And they’re only Php 765. They’re on sale! I hope they’re still available in April.
Hi! More than one week of no post. Been busy with work.
March na! Too quick, time. Too quick.
Anyway, I want to share with you one of my favorite things to wear these past weeks – the Lea sandals from Gold Dot.
A few weeks ago, I saw Gold Dot Shop’s post on Instagram about putting the Lea sandals on sale. I think they do the sale every Monday. I can’t remember the exact amount of the sandals but I’m sure it’s a little less than Php 500. The kuripot in me knew I just had to get a pair. So I messaged them on Viber and they replied very promptly. After a few exchanges of messages, I finally placed my order.
I received in my email the invoice right after our Viber conversation. The invoice contained how I could pay for my order.
My sandals arrived 2 days after I sent them my payment proof.
Here’s the Lea sandals in Navy Blue.
I wore them the next day. And I’ve been wearing them every chance I get. They’re just so comfy!
I wasn’t able to take photos of the other times when I was wearing these sandals.
If you like the Lea sandals, you can go visit Gold Dot Shop’s online store or follow their Instagram account (golddotshop). You’ll love the other shoes as well. You get quality shoes at affordable price. It’s so easy to transact with them, too!
There will definitely a next time for me. 🙂
